Many times, a dataset contains information that with no adjustment fails to provide accurate information under statistical analysis. Transformations are just one adjustment used to make data more fit for statistical analysis (Reducing skewness, creating linear relationships, etc .)
An Order-Norm transformation begins by calculating the percentile value of each datum in the dataset. The data is then mapped to the percentile value present in a normal distribution. This effectively guarantees that the resultant set will be uniform and behave similar to normal distributions.
